Bade Bhai Helping Foundation is a Section 8 Non-Profit Organization established on 19th August 2022 by Mr. Sanjay Tripathi with a heartfelt vision — to create real, visible, and lasting change in society.
We believe that big transformations begin with small, consistent steps. Instead of waiting for large funds or government action, we take initiative ourselves — because even filling one pothole, planting one tree, or educating one child can make a difference that impacts hundreds of lives.

What We Do
Road Safety & Accident Prevention
India faces the highest number of road accidents globally. We work to repair potholes, raise awareness, and promote safer roads.
Environmental Awareness & Pollution Control
Through cleanliness drives, plantation campaigns, and awareness programs, we encourage people to care for nature.
Women Empowerment & Health Initiatives
We train women in skills like stitching, create awareness on health and rights, and help them live with dignity and independence.
Support for Weaker Sections of Society
From food distribution to helping the elderly and poor, we extend a hand of care and compassion to those who need it most.

We are inspired by the story of Dashrath Manjhi — the Mountain Man, who single-handedly carved a path through a mountain. His determination reminds us that one person’s courage can inspire millions and change society.
